The Southern Symphony Orchestra and the Missouri Southern Percussion Ensemble join together to showcase the orchestral and percussion ensemble works of composers from across Oceania. This concert will cap off the residency of Greek New Zealand composer John Psathas. The Southern Symphony Orchestra will also be featuring two performances by the MSSU Concerto Aria Competition winners, Abby Hazlett and Lydia Krikke.

7:00pm-9:00pm: Rehearsal With Orchestra

Tuesday: 10/29

10:00am: No Man’s Land Talk

11:00am Lunch

1:00pm: Rehearsal with Percussion Ensemble

6:00pm-9:00pm: Dress Rehearsal with PE and Orchestra

Wednesday: 10/30

9:00am and 10:00am: Analytical talk for Theory Students

12:00pm: Master Class With Percussion Students

1:00pm: Lunch

6:30pm: Preconcert talk

7:30pm: Oceania Concert - featuring Planet Damnation timpani concerto, soloist Chase Neely
